Without mods they'd probably be at The Witcher 3 level for me. In Skyrim and Fallout 4 travelling is actually fun because you never know what will happen on the road.

2011-12-01 · Cicero is by far one of the best followers in the game. He can be very funny. The good thing is, he CAN'T DIE! When i was low level, Lydia got killed by a bear. Cicero can take down anything. Plus, you can ask him to steal stuff and he won't chicken out *cough* UTHGERD THE UNBROKEN *Cough*.

I used to always kill Cicero UNTIL I was doing the quest when you have the option to kill or spare him. I summoned the spirit of Lucien Lachance (spectral assassin) during the quest. He has unique dialog for this location and quest. “I will kill this jester if you so desire, but there is a disturbance in the void.
Letting him live,-You can get him as a follower.-With the pickpocket perk, Perfect Touch (can pickpocket equipped items), you can get his armor. Is this everything? Also, will the other Dark Brotherhood members be angry if you do not kill Cicero?
